Living our values every day, with playfulness, acceptance, curiosity, and empathy at the heart of everything we do.
At Headstart Residential Care we look to instil the following values to be embodied by carers, children and all levels of the organisation. This will be through creating a community where:
Everyone at Headstart Residential Care will be encouraged to bring playfulness into their daily lives.
Everyone at Headstart Residential Care will be encouraged to bring acceptance to their daily lives through non-judgemental approaches.
Everyone at Headstart Residential Care will be encouraged to bring curiosity to their daily lives through being curious about why things are the way they are currently and what the future may hold.
Everyone at Headstart Residential Care will be encouraged to bring empathy to their daily lives to ensure that life long relationships are formed.
